As the Scrum Master you will: Lead and coach one of two teams (either the Trading Platform team, which is onshore and high-pressure, or the Payments team, which is mostly offshore - this will depend on which one you are most aligned to). Collaborate closely with Product Managers and client stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and negotiate priorities. Manage a pipeline of complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery within a fast-paced environment transitioning to weekly releases. Drive continuous improvement through effective Agile practices, but with a focus on adaptability and real-world problem-solving. Guide and influence a diverse team of developers, testers, and product owners, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure efficient software delivery. What makes you a great fit? You're a pragmatic problem-solver: You understand the principles of Agile but know when to adapt them to achieve the desired outcome. You're not bound by the rulebook. You have a technical edge: You possess a strong grasp of software development processes, timelines, and the implications of technical decisions. You can break down epics, understand user stories, and anticipate potential roadblocks. You may or may not have a background in coding but you need to be technically savvy. You're a natural coach: You're passionate about empowering team members, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and guiding their growth. You're a risk mitigation expert: You proactively identify and address potential issues, especially in high-stakes situations where downtime can have significant financial consequences. You're a global collaborator: You have experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly offshore teams in India. You understand the nuances of time zone differences and can optimize communication and collaboration. You're client-centric: You excel at building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
