Base pay range A$140,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr About the Company Hide & Seek Digital, Scout's sister company, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team thanks to our growing pipeline of work with private and public sector clients. Visit our website About the Role The Senior Full Stack Developer will work closely with our IT and project teams to enhance and maintain our SharePoint environments. You will develop, customize, and integrate solutions to meet business needs, focusing on workflows, document management, and system integrations. Perm Canberra Start - ASAP. Australian Citizens NV1 Security Clearance or higher is desirable. Responsibilities Help with leading the design, development, and implementation of complex full-stack web applications. Teach and advocate for best practices in scalable, stable software development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, proactively suggesting improvements to our tech stack. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and direction of the development team. Required Skills Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices. Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
