Key responsibilities of the role include: Design Production manages the production, verification and approvals of detailed signalling designs Project Operations act as the interface with clients for technical development and delivery of signalling projects works closely with PM in providing progress reports on budget, scope variation and issues affecting design delivery Management provides formal mentoring and knowledge sharing to engineering staff ensures the provision of relevant professional development, performance reviews and training About you: A minimum of 10 years in design management and signalling project delivery Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Desirable to have CPEng and/or holding IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier High level interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills What we can offer you: Permanent full-time role working in a specialised signalling environment Working on Australia’s iconic rail projects Growth opportunities in a supportive team environment Your own training budget Attractive salary packaging options Flexible hybrid working arrangements If this sounds good to you, we would love to hear from you!
