Location: Anywhere in Australia or New Zealand 12 month fixed term contract. Are you a Regulatory and Start-Up Specialist with a flair for clinical contract negotiation and budget control? Craft Contracts: Prepare study and country-specific contract templates and budget parameters. Speed Up Timelines: Mitigate risks and recommend strategies for quicker negotiations. Be the Expert: Provide top-notch advice on negotiations to study teams and sponsors. Communicate Clearly: Explain legal and budgetary issues to all parties involved. What You Bring to the Table: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences. Experience: At least 5 years in Clinical Research & Site Start-Up within a CRO/Pharma company, ideally in Australia/New Zealand with 3 years contract negotiation. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical systems, procedures, GCP/ICH guidelines, and the drug development process. Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Team Player: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
