THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Site Manager/Supervisor with extensive experience in building quality homes for our customers. In this role, you will manage material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors, overseeing the construction of our quality homes. You will liaise closely with our customers and internal departments to ensure that homes are built to high-quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks would involve but are not limited to: Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Manage construction timelines, identify delays, and implement strategies for timely project completion. Resolve building complaints and disputes, meeting client expectations. Supervise, develop, and direct team members, set performance standards, and conduct performance reviews. Develop and implement processes to manage costs and prevent margin erosion. Proactively address safety practices, conduct regular site safety checks, and implement safe work practices. Monitor work progress and ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site. Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are being followed on site. Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities in our scheduling system ClickHomes, progress reports, and inspection records. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong influencing and motivating skills with demonstrated leadership experience. Well organized, strong work ethics, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, and a high level of integrity. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong conflict resolution skills. Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials. Strong understanding of HSE requirements and proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential industry.
