Senior Social Media Manager– $130K Package Are you a TikTok powerhouse who lives and breathes social media? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Manager who knows how to stop the scroll, break the algorithm, and create content that actually gets people talking. If you’re obsessed with TikTok trends, know your way around Instagram Reels, and aren’t afraid to get in front of the camera, this could be your moment! Oh, and did we mention? You’ll be leading the charge for two incredible brands—the ultimate self-tan baddie Australian Glow and the fresh-faced disruptor Glow Face Club. What You’ll Be Doing: Owning TikTok and Instagram with creative strategies that are bold, on-trend, and impossible to ignore. Creating and starring in video content—think tutorials, product demos, and personality-packed reels that showcase the brands. Crafting campaigns that drive engagement, grow followers, and turn views into loyal fans. Staying ahead of TikTok trends, audio, and features to keep both brands ahead of the curve. Collaborating with influencers and creators who align with the brands’ vibes. Analyzing performance and tweaking strategies to get the best results. Bringing big energy and fresh ideas to every brainstorm session. What We’re Looking For: Expertise in TikTok and short-form video content—if you’ve got a track record of creating viral videos, we want to see them! A personality that shines on camera—you’re confident, relatable, and fun. A deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram). Creative skills to develop ideas that connect with Gen Z and millennial audiences. The ability to spot trends before they go viral and jump on them at the right time.
