Senior Software Developer with AI/ML experience We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead our software development team in the development of cutting-edge software solutions for the medical industry. You will be at the forefront of creating software solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle, from project planning to delivery, leading project teams, ensuring compliance with medical industry standards, and delivering innovative software for healthcare professionals and practices. You will have a strong technical background and excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with the product owner (CEO), CTO, and the development team to deliver great products on a continuous timeline. In terms of developer experience, AWS and Azure DevOps are essential, as well as cutting-edge AI/ML skills and experience. This role will include a wide range of projects, including mobile application development, web apps, traditional software development, as well as cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Key Responsibilities: Define implementation scopes, objectives, and deliverables in creating software solutions for the medical industry. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Define and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor implementation progress, resolve issues, and ensure that projects stay on track. Develop a deep understanding of software solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications in the trade industry. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, regulatory experts, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations. Identify and manage risks associated with healthcare software development. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare technology. Ensure that software projects are delivered with the highest quality and meet all industry specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in project management/implementation, specifically in technology-related projects. Proven experience as a software developer with a strong understanding of healthcare software development. Demonstrated experience in project management, leading teams, and delivering complex software projects in the medical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with medical professionals. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Appreciation of Fast User Experience and Development coding best practices.
