Helpful.” As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help shape our mission by designing and building scalable, high-quality software that’s reliable, user-centered, and built to last.What You’ll Do Lead in Software Architecture & Design: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to design scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure. You’ll guide architectural decisions, emphasizing modularity, maintainability, and the latest .NET practices, including API design and security. Deliver High-Quality Code: Champion code quality and testing best practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels. You’ll contribute to and lead the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps standards. Ensure System Stability & Observability: Drive system reliability by configuring proactive monitoring, debugging, and observability, enabling rapid response to issues. Mentor and Foster Growth: Support the team’s growth, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of learning, inclusivity, and high standards. Customer-Driven Innovation: Integrate user feedback to prioritize and balance feature development with improvements in reliability, security, and technical debt management. Who You Are You have 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with C# .NET Core/Framework and cloud-native applications on Azure. You bring strong expertise in API design, containerization, and serverless technologies. You’re skilled in SQL Server for database modeling and optimization, with a focus on security and efficient API integrations. You have hands-on experience with modern web UI testing frameworks and a deep commitment to quality at every level. You’re a proactive problem-solver, committed to customer-centric development, and you thrive on feedback and continuous improvement.
