THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solution Analyst – Professional Services to join our Software & Professional Services, Graphic Communications team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure solutions are designed and implemented to successfully meet customer business requirements and maintain internal company standards. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently & collaboratively while managing multiple priorities. We are open to candidates from Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW. Key Responsibilities: Solutions and workflows are designed and developed with compelling value propositions, leveraging existing deliverables to maximise customer experience. Business development opportunities are identified through deep understanding of customer business challenges and business cases submitted as appropriate. Collaborates with internal teams (including Sales and Operations) and engages with 3rd party solution partners and software vendors to co-develop solutions, ensuring all parties deliver on their commitments and timelines while maintaining the integrity of the solution design. Solutions are managed effectively by identifying and documenting opportunities, risks, and challenges in the Statement of Work. All escalated customer problems are resolved to the satisfaction of key stakeholders and decision makers. Project deliverables are clearly defined, managed and produced in a timely and efficient manner as per Operational Level Agreements. Culture of knowledge sharing is actively championed including active participation and initiative in the development and sharing of IP across appropriate channels and forums. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of project-based service delivery experience with strong analytical skills and creativity to provide innovative solutions. Ability to deliver software and hardware training to customers based on an assessment of their skills gap. Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications. Ability to interpret explicit and implicit customer requirements into successful solutions that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks within accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrates continual effort to improve customer and business operations to streamline work processes. Ability to work in virtual/3rd Party teams to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organisation. Ability to structure and manage projects to meet expectations and minimise potential obstacles and risks. Demonstrates ability to negotiate solutions and resolve conflicts; formulating and implementing mutually agreeable and pragmatic solutions to issues. Desirable Skills: Object-oriented coding and developer skills in any computer language. Industry accredited certifications (MCP/CCNA). Professional certification in project management.
