Job Description Leading and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives in the energy and natural resources sector. Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers. Driving cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs. Ensuring procurement and supply chain processes align with company policies and regulations. Managing sourcing and procurement activities for specific categories. Identifying opportunities for process improvement Supporting the team in contract negotiations and supplier performance evaluation. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Sourcing Specialist should have: Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement in the energy and natural resources industry. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the procurement life cycle. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
