Key responsibilities As the Clinical Lead in Speech Pathology, you will balance a range of clinical and leadership responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the development of a thriving team. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Care and Therapy Services: Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients of all ages. Developing and implementing individualised, evidence-based therapy programs tailored to client needs. Providing direct therapy services and maintaining an active clinical caseload. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Supporting graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development. Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to help team members achieve high-quality clinical outcomes. Leading the development and implementation of speech pathology-based service offerings. Contribution to Team Culture: Bringing your personality, ideas, skills, and motivation to the team, enhancing our collective knowledge and shared purpose every day. Working collaboratively across our clinics in Fullarton and Welland and engaging with the Adelaide metropolitan community through outreach visits.
