All applications will be reviewed in the new year, with the position commencing from January 2025. We are looking for our next Senior Strata Manager to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company’s key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust. You will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders Managing correspondence via phone and written communications Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes Attending meetings, both committee and general Ensuring your portfolio remains compliant with compliance-related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety, and other relevant legislative requirements Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant About you: The successful candidate will: Have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager Experience with BMS and layered schemes Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTA Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential In return the role offers: A supportive team environment with great company culture Attractive salary and bonuses that reflect your experience Ongoing training and professional development Access to a flexible work environment We would love to have you join our Brisbane CBD team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
