Base pay range A$125,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr Corporate Strategy role – contribute to major strategic initiatives Ideal for candidates with top-tier or Big 4 strategy consulting experience Support major enterprise strategy initiatives, strategic reviews & investor relations Role This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established, publicly listed company with a strong reputation in the agriculture sector, serving a diverse range of clients from institutional investors to family-run businesses. As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will work alongside a high-performing team of ex-top tier consultants, supporting the executive leadership team in shaping the company’s future. Your focus will be on: Developing and supporting delivery of the corporate strategy, development of investor-focused documents and communications, and undertaking strategic reviews. Driving key enterprise strategy initiatives, including a significant C-suite agenda. Conducting commercial due diligence and market analysis to inform decision-making. Analysis and research creating industry insights to enhance business performance and customer strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, Board, and executive management team, on 3–5-year strategic planning, market outlook, and investor communications. About You: Experience: 2.5+ years in a Top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, LEK, Kearney), Big 4 or internal quality in-house corporate strategy team or investment banking. Industry Knowledge: Experience or passion for agriculture, agribusiness, or retail is highly desirable but not required. Skill Set: Structured problem solving and analysis, financial modelling, and research skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights, outstanding communication (written and verbal).
