Flexible office location – Sydney or Melbourne preferred Exciting work in the strategy & transformation space 12 month secondment opportunity In this Senior Strategy Consultant role you will Work closely with senior leaders to support the development of strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights that drive business transformation Apply your strategic toolkit to work through key strategic issues and problem solve from a data-driven, first-principles perspective Collaborate with colleagues in a fast paced, high calibre work environment to develop and deliver clear strategy papers supported by sound analysis and insight with actionable recommendations Present strategic outputs and recommendations to senior leaders, incorporating feedback and input as required What you’ll bring Relevant experience in financial services sector, with a proven track record and a passion for customer and colleague outcomes Strong numeracy and analytical skills, supported by excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong strategic focus and be able to communicate with influence. The ability to lead group discussions in a workshop environment and build towards consensus on agreed priorities Sound knowledge of the banking and wealth macro environment and understanding of key drivers of HNW client behaviours and attributes Relevant degree or tertiary qualification highly regarded Experience in strategy consulting highly regarded A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
