About the Role As a Senior Support Service Officer, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with clinicians and patients in a dynamic rehabilitation care environment. Your role will involve providing essential support to patient care by ensuring efficient service delivery, including contributing to an effective cleaning service that supports the campus. You will play an integral part in maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring a responsive environment for both patients and staff. About You We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual with a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability, ready to make a difference in a healthcare setting. Key role requirements include: Completed Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability, with proven experience in healthcare. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and develop rapport with patients, families, and visitors. Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and handle challenging situations with confidence. Knowledge of customer service principles, WHS policies, and commitment to providing high-quality support in a healthcare environment.
