In this role, you will provide high-quality functional, technical, and system administration support to users across diverse locations, platforms, and technologies. What you’ll do Analyse operational data to identify trends, resolve complex issues, and maintain system performance within Service Levels for Pronto and associated applications. Minimize risks and enhance system availability through robust monitoring, access control, and documentation. Lead complex incident restoration, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures while keeping stakeholders informed. Act as a technical lead for major incidents and provide updates as per procedures. Develop and maintain reliable operational procedures to prevent unplanned outages. Oversee configuration changes and deployments, ensuring accurate system records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Monitor performance metrics, manage hardware/software lifecycles, and evaluate emerging technologies. Review system changes and designs for resilience, redundancy, and failover capabilities to ensure service continuity. Address risk audit findings and mitigate non-compliance risks effectively. What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting and managing the Pronto ERP system. Proven extensive experience administering and supporting applications including Pronto, Trueforms, Cognos, Informix database, and application-related services. Proven experience with Windows/Linux Servers administration. Extensive experience in system administration across multiple platforms, technologies, and locations. Strong ability to analyse trends, resolve complex technical issues, and implement preventative solutions. Capability to lead incident restoration, provide guidance to technical teams, and act as a point of escalation for critical issues. Experience in addressing audit findings, ensuring compliance, and mitigating operational risks.
