Job Description

6 month fixed term contract The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Project Specialist has accountability for two deliverables (1) Recruitment delivery and (2) TA Technology Transformation Project. This role calls for a deep level of expertise in Talent Acquisition processes and practices, which can be applied both to day-to-day recruitment but also system and process redesign. Recruitment: Partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate talent is sourced, attracted and recruited into the organisation to meet business needs in a timely manner. Your role will have a portfolio of business units to support but you’ll also need to flex into Recruitment Project work as part of the technology transformation project. Project: Providing Talent Acquisition project support during the redesign, build and roll out of a refreshed HRIS / Application Tracking System (ATS) experience. MyHR Upgrade project. The project will assist the talent acquisition team to build and design for the MyHR upgrade – likely to include process simplification ATS optimisation, process mapping and operational support.What you will bring: Previous experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function. Experience working on Projects, ideally within a HR or TA related environment. Experience in formulating & executing successful recruitment strategies that have resulted in improved recruitment outcomes. Demonstrated track record of delivering end to end multiple role recruitment activities in a varied environment (locations / role type. Experience with full cycle recruitment process in a multinational organisation (beneficial). Manage and participate in full-cycle recruiting in close collaboration with line managers and business-facing HR from mid to senior/executive level hires. This includes assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing, recommending finalists, offer management and managing a portfolio of requisitions to agreed cost, quality and time parameters. Experience supporting HR and TA related transformation projects. Confident using Microsoft – Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Strong relationship building and management skills – able to form effective relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders at senior level with a demonstrated ability to influence their thinking. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize – managing varied and changing workloads and priorities Detailed knowledge of ATS (applicant tracking systems) Oracle or similar. Significant experience refining and presenting recruitment related processes. Any experience using Visio or process mapping would be advantageous (not essential). #J-18808-Ljbffr
