Senior Tax Accountant | Business Services Supervisor | Manager Supervisor / Manager Business Services and Tax Accountant PUBLIC PRACTICE ACCOUNTING FIRM Southern Gold Coast – Ocean View Lunches! $110K - $120K + super Join this friendly and diverse accounting firm on the Southern end of the Gold Coast and enjoy all that’s on offer from a newly renovated office with outdoor area for staff with ocean views to flexi start and finish hours and more! With 3 principles and 8 staff in the Southern Gold Coast office, you’ll be in a group of up to 80 staff in total across the firm with offices in other locations. This firm has its own IT business and Offshore business in the Philippines and dedicated bookkeeping, SMSF, & wealth teams, so as an accountant, YOU can focus only on accounting/tax work & business advisory. As a Supervisor/Manager level Business Services Tax Accountant, ideally you will: Have solid to strong tax technical knowledge and ability to assist the partners and work on a portfolio of clients and also be a support to less experienced staff. Have a passion for helping Australian businesses. Have experience with Xero, XPM, FYI, Ignition, Dashboard Insights (Super is on class however handled by a dedicated team). Be CA/CPA Qualified or studying towards. Have over 5 – 8 + years public practice accounting experience and 1 -2 years at the supervisor or manager level. Be experienced in producing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements across all entities and full across Division 7A, CGT and FBT issues. Have some experience with advisory work or an interest in learning. Be a people person and enjoy learning and passing on knowledge. Have excellent communication skills.
