Positions Available: Tax & Accounting Team Supervisor, Senior Accountants, and Intermediate Accountants. Location: Coolangatta, Southport, or flexibility to work remotely. Our client is seeking dedicated accountants at various experience levels—from Intermediate to Management roles—to join their growing and dynamic team. What You’ll Be Doing as a Tax & Accounting Team Supervisor: Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of accountants to ensure high-quality, efficient work. Client Portfolio Management: Oversee diverse client portfolios, ensuring compliance and top-tier service. Workflow Management: Set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maximize team performance. Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to implement best practices and uphold high standards. Technical Expertise: Provide accounting advice, tackle complex challenges, and share your expertise. Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements to enhance business growth and efficiency. Key Attributes of the Tax & Accounting Team Supervisor: Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification with 5+ years of experience in public practice. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a passion for motivating others. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting, particularly in Xero and other cloud-based tools. Proactive Attitude: A solution-driven mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
