About the Role: Our client are embarking on a bold transformation, revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to drive our customer-centric retailing strategy —one that will reshape the way they understand, interact with, and serve our customers. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex, high-risk programs with a direct impact on business operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple large-scale, complex programs that focus on customer-centric retailing strategies. Partner with Program Sponsors, Business Leads, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to define program scope, deliverables, resourcing, budgets, and timelines. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment across diverse teams and a shared vision for success. Oversee significant budgets and drive high-level program execution with an emphasis on customer impact and value delivery. Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, applying strong leadership to ensure program goals are achieved. Ensure successful program outcomes through risk management, detailed planning, and ongoing performance analysis. What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to lead cross-functional agile teams, developing and executing strategies that enhance the customer experience. Expertise in delivering end-to-end product roadmaps and navigating the complexities of modern digital platforms and core systems. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving C-suite engagements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on executive-level stakeholder management. Familiarity with agile methodologies and certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
