About the Job As a Senior Technology Resilience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within a collaborative team, ensuring the resilience and availability of critical technology systems and assets. By implementing the SA Water Technology Resilience Lifecycle, aligned with ISO/IEC 27031:2011, you will contribute to protecting essential services against potential disruptions. This is an opportunity to shape technology resilience across key systems, working as part of a team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes. Your responsibilities for this opportunity You will: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and implement technology resilience and business continuity requirements. Facilitate the design and architecture of recoverable and resilient systems and infrastructure. Assess cloud vendor capabilities to meet resilience standards and provide recommendations. Develop and document recovery procedures and coordinate detailed resilience tests. Maintain and review resilience artefacts, ensuring alignment with changing requirements. Conduct annual reviews and tests for operational effectiveness and address corrective actions. Your success in this role will come from: Demonstrated knowledge of Technology Resilience, disaster recovery planning, and risk analysis techniques. Strong working knowledge of high availability, recovery technologies, and cloud-based infrastructure. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27031:2011 and ISO 22301:2019 standards. Accreditation in Technology Resilience, Business Continuity, or Risk Management (desirable). Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. To apply, click 'Apply'.
