Brief Summary Senior Testing Engineer Basic up to $7000 + AWS + VB (Subject to experience) 5 Days : 8.30am-5.30pm Working Location @ Pioneer - company shuttle bus provided Semicon Industry - Cleanroom environment Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for design verification, evaluate device performance, and propose enhancements for design optimization. Plan and conduct R&D test activities from initial planning to execution, including hands-on equipment R&D and development. Perform in-depth characterization of integrated photonic devices, both active and passive, at the chip and wafer levels. Design and optimize programs for effective data analysis and post-processing. Actively participate in R&D projects to drive the innovation of next-generation products. Requirements: Minimum degree holder or a PhD in electrical engineering, optical engineering, or semiconductor physics. Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience. Experience in fab manufacturing environment, as a tester is a plus. Hands-on experience in characterizing active and passive integrated devices, including various optical-optical (OO), electro-optical (EO), and opto-electronic (OE) measurements at both DC and AC levels. Proficiency in optical alignment and electrical probing procedures. Experience in developing and maintaining test setups as well as equipment resourcing. Open to Singaporeans only.
