Connecting Civil and Structural Engineers to Engineering Consulting companies nationally. Principal Consultant at Scotford Fennessy Projects across urban development and the built environment. Handle Stormwater Management Plans (SMPs), Hydrologic Impact Assessments (HIAs), Flood Studies, general stormwater/flood correspondence and Drainage Studies. Review project technical work, provide direction and guidance to junior staff. Lead water projects from concept through to design and construction. Client facing ability with clients and stakeholders. Strong business unit leader and mentors at your disposal in the civil and water management teams to guide you. Requirements Tertiary Engineering Degree required and ideally professional membership – CPEng, RPEQ, NER Strong experience across stormwater, drainage and flood studies in an engineering consultancy environment Proficiency in Australian Rainfall and Runoff 2019 and the Queensland Urban Drainage Manual Ability to utilise and oversee outputs of software such as TUFLOW, MUSIC, and QGIS for flood modelling and analysis.
