Educate and influence business areas on best-practice web writing, team processes and procedures. Provide advice about online content, information architecture, accessibility, usability, industry guidelines and whole-of-government website standards. Manage deadlines to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget. Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication and engagement practices and procedures, and to ongoing content review. Establish and maintain effective relationships with management, subject matter experts, colleagues, stakeholders and other government web teams. Why join the department?
