Due to firm strategy, our client is looking to recruit a senior wills & estate lawyer to lead and further grow this practice area for the firm. As a senior lawyer you will advise on a range of wills and estates and succession planning matters. You will be involved in advising their clients on succession and estate planning, and will also have extensive experience preparing wills and complex testamentary trusts. This is a leadership role and you will enjoy being involved in business development activities as well as mentoring more junior lawyers. About You To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years pae experience in the area of wills & estates. You will also: be able to express complex problems in a clear and concise manner enjoy building and fostering client relationships enjoy taking part in business development and marketing initiatives have a thirst to develop your career and grow the team further Ideally you will have a client following or the ability to bring in new clients.
