About the Opportunity As part of the Project Control team, you will be responsible for performing rigorous cost management and controls for assigned Delivery Capital, Network Prescribed and Lumea projects. This position focuses on forecasting, cost variance analysis and minimisation, identification of cost irregularities, change and contingency control, continuous improvement, health checks and reporting. In your role you will be working closely with Project Management & Development, Design and Delivery teams to monitor and report cost management and project controls requirements. About you Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commerce or similar) Extensive experience of cost and project controls in a capital intensive industry Strong financial acumen and excellent analytical and problem solving skills Proven capacity to manage stakeholder relationships effectively and producing customer centric outcomes Familiarity with and experience in project and cost management standards and practices (such as AACE, PMBOK, etc.) Very strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and reporting and analytics Recognition & Reward In return for your hard work, we have numerous benefits and initiatives to support you personally and professionally including but not limited to private health insurance discount, motor vehicle lease plan, career development support, study assistance program and workplace flexibility.
