Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr NSW- Sydney $150k-$200k + Super About the Company Our client is a specialist building services consultancy with offices along the eastern seaboard. With over 20 years in the industry, they have built a team of over 140 talented engineers in Sydney and key industry relationships that have led to repeat business and been engaged as consultant of choice on a range of iconic projects. Their pipeline for 2025 is looking strong with flagship hospitals and defence projects, and due to this growth, they're looking for a Senior or Associate ASP3/Level 3 Engineer to join the team. Company Culture The culture of this business is unique. They are large enough to compete on the big end of town and pursue Tier 1 projects, yet small enough to be nimble and innovative without bureaucracy. Engineers have the freedom to consult, and there is a genuine buzz about the place. The team operates with a fairly flat structure, with staff at all levels keen to share knowledge and collaborate to get projects over the line. Job Responsibilities Day-to-day you'll be heading up projects in the defence space, defining scope of works with the client, completing conceptualised detailed design across Substations, preparing technical documentation, carrying out site inspections, attending client meetings, and project delivery. The team has drafters/modellers on hand to give you time to do what you do best! Work Environment They work hard but have fun while doing it. They prefer their staff to be in the office at least 2/3 days a week, as they feel this is the best way to learn, but they strive to make their environment enjoyable.
