The Service Administration Team Leader role sits within the Assessment Services program at Latrobe Community Health Service. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of efficient administrative support to the Aged Care Assessment teams. These multi-disciplinary teams conduct assessments for aging and frail individuals, facilitating access to aged care services. The Service Administration Team Leader will guide the administrative support team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, performance targets are met, and that team members receive the necessary coaching and mentoring for their development.
