Full-time - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm, every 2nd Saturday 7.30am - 12.00pm. How we are different? Express Lube is a well-known Auto Service business with 9 workshops and growing. Our team works to ensure our customers receive expert advice and efficient top-notch service, and quality products at a competitive price. We are known for our friendly and collaborative environment.We are now looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Your new role: Our Service Advisors are the face and voice of Express Lube. We value team players who like to share duties and get the work done.Your core responsibilities include: Delighting our customers on the shop floor and responding to enquiries over the phone. Liaising with our suppliers and providing guidance. Working with the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, taking payments, and inventory management.
