As our point of contact, you will need the ability to genuinely connect with customers and help them with their requests, whether in person or on the phone. This is a high-paced environment where you'll be dealing with all kinds of people, but it is also very rewarding. As the go-between from our customers to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, it will be your job to ensure the technicians understand our customers' needs and that the recommended solutions are fully understood by the customers. Your day will consist of greeting customers, determining their needs and charges. Then it's up to you to brief the relevant department, establish a timeline, track progress, and keep the customers updated. To do this, you'll need to be a highly organized administration professional with an up-to-date knowledge of all our services and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Working well within a team environment is essential, as is a current NSW driver's licence, a working knowledge of our ERA and Pentana computer systems, and the Microsoft suite of programs.
