The Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre. They oversee the Service Centre team and exist to provide excellence in client relationship management and leading-edge technical support, both individually and in collaboration with members of the sales and technical teams. Maintain a safe and operational working environment and manage the service roster coverage. Monitor service dashboards and ensure daily service processes are being followed. Management of internal and external operational workflows, ensuring targets are being met. Overall technician support/engagement and regular catchups with the Service team. Regular reporting to executive management and auditing of service jobs to ensure compliance. What you’ll bring? Previous experience in a supervisor role within the IT space - ideally hardware focused. Apple and/or HP vendor certifications - Lenovo, Samsung and Dell are highly desirable. Previous experience mentoring and supporting team members to foster growth. Strong professional attitude and conduct, with the ability to follow strict guidelines and implement processes to support them. What else do you need to apply? Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally. Travel on-site to our office in Welshpool. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
