Service Coordinator & Accounts Assistant for an Electrical Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time) Work Schedule Monday - Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm Australian Western Standard Time State/Province WA Country Australia Work Location Home Based - Philippines Job Type Part time Client Information The company is a local electrical contractor dedicated to providing exceptional service for jobs of all sizes. Job Description Job Management & Coordination: Monitor and manage the works inbox, ensuring timely processing of requests. Convert work orders into job cards using ServiceM8. Send template notifications via ServiceM8 to clients/tenants acknowledging work order receipt. Depending on capabilities, either schedule jobs directly or prepare job cards for scheduling. Accounts & Administration: Assist with general account management tasks. Input supplier receipts and transactions into Xero accurately. Maintain organized records and documentation for job orders and financial transactions. Must Haves Experience in administration, job coordination, or accounts assistance. Direct work experience with ServiceM8. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves Basic knowledge of Xero to enter transactions. Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: Perfectly working headset and webcam. Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps. Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X. Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
