Service Coordinator - Aged Care/Disability Permanent part-time positions available in our Edgecliff office in Sydney Join an experienced and well-established company Potential Career Path opportunities Immediate Start About the Role We are seeking a Part-time Service Coordinator (Tues - Thur), responsible for managing client and care worker rosters. The role will coordinate services to aged and disability clients and work closely with Case Managers to coordinate care support teams to meet our clients' individual needs. The position includes a requirement for attending to after hours calls on a weekly rotating roster basis. About you You have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills You are self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a dispersed team You can develop and maintain professional and responsive relationships with internal and external stakeholders You are a proactive individual looking to advance your career and join a dedicated professional team in a successful growing business What is required? Minimum of 12 months customer service/rostering experience, preferably in the aged care/disability services sector Well-developed time management skills and ability to organise and prioritise a range of administrative tasks to well-established guidelines Competent IT and keyboard skills using Microsoft Office package and the ability to use client management systems. Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external counterparts (e.g., Brokerage partners) The ability to use initiative in resolving problems and the capacity to resolve complaints as appropriate.
