Service Coordinator - Full time opportunity Join us as a Service Coordinator, where you will coordinate and schedule jobs for the team. In this role, you have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled Technicians who work on a range of premium branded Air Compressors and Power Generators like Kohler, Mitsubishi & Airman. The gig: Coordinate and schedule our highly skilled Field Service Technicians onto our customer sites, including making bookings for routine maintenance & scheduled service work and allocating Technicians for breakdown and emergency services. This role is busy, engaging, and is a great introduction to the Compressed Air industry. Previous experience working in a service-based company, scheduling work on customer sites is advantageous. You: Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but if you haven't, tell us about your experience with:Working in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks at once. Communicating with customers and your internal team proactively. Being highly organized and motivated to meet our customers' needs. You will have: Good computer skills and a willingness to learn: We use PRONTO. The ability to work in our Kalgoorlie branch, 5 days a week.
