If you're looking for an opportunity to influence, innovate, and inspire, this is the role for you!About The Role We’re looking for a Service Designer to play a pivotal role in embedding service design principles and methodologies into Professional Practice program design and development. This role is all about creating impact—ensuring that programs are designed and delivered with clarity, efficiency, and member-focused outcomes.As the Service Designer, you will: Lead and apply human-centred design thinking to enhance program development, ensuring services are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with member needs. Prototype, test, and validate new service concepts, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights. Design service experiences, using tools such as blueprinting and process mapping to help teams visualise and optimise member journeys. Translate research insights into actionable improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of programs and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Digital Learning and Digital Experience (DX), to align service design with technology and operational implementation. Support teams in building service design capability, embedding tools, frameworks, and best practices across the division. Exceptional problem-solving skills, using human-centred design, systems thinking, and data-driven insights to improve services. Ability to prototype, test, and validate service concepts, ensuring solutions meet both member and stakeholder needs. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities, with experience facilitating workshops and co-design sessions. Expertise in creating service blueprints, process flows, and visual frameworks to communicate design concepts. Proficiency in service design and project management tools, including Jira, SharePoint, MS Suite, and Qualtrics (or equivalent research and design tools).
