Essential Skills: Outstanding customer service skills Excellent phone manner with great verbal and written communication skills Effective time, workload, and priority management General knowledge of IT fundamentals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness and a desire to learn Desirable Skills: Previous Service Desk experience Experience supporting Azure, M365 and Office365 Active Directory/user administration skills Formal IT qualification (Certificate IV in IT or related area such as networking, cyber security) Digital61 welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
