The position – full-time, immediate start, weekly pay cycle We are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our busy team in Mukinbudin. This position attracts competitive remuneration at top industry rates as well as on-the-job and product training for personal upskilling and development. The successful applicant will have exceptional supervisory skills, enjoy working in a team environment and value having contact with the end user. What’s more, you can be home every night and on weekends. The roles and responsibilities Staff Management, training and mentoring Workshop Job Management – scheduling and forward planning of workshop jobs; supervising and checking completion of jobs, quality control Customer Relations Development, liaison and dispute resolution Workplace Maintenance – identification of issues; focus on safety; keeping up to date with products, programs and issues; supervision; supervising maintenance and replacement of workshop tools and equipment Workshop Development – identification of additional market opportunities, focus on productivity and efficiency, liaison and co-ordination with other department heads Skills and Qualifications Basic computer skills Valid driver’s licence Previous management experience preferred, but not essential The next step Complete details of remuneration will be discussed at interview stage.
