About the role We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our Perth branch, ensuring high-quality and culturally secure service delivery in a therapeutic, safe, and welcoming environment. This role involves providing leadership to the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring contract objectives and governance requirements are met. The Service Manager will develop strong stakeholder relationships, coordinate recruitment, and supervise team performance to uphold program standards. With a focus on proactive solutions and effective communication, you will drive the successful delivery of services while ensuring high standards in reporting, data collection, and stakeholder collaboration. Pay Level: Level 7 – Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
