A work culture that values you. Your Role As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. You will: Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, allied health staff, and support teams. Ensure compliance with accreditation and care standards. Drive occupancy and build strong community relationships. Manage financial and operational targets effectively. Foster a culture aligned with our mission and values. What You Bring Leadership experience in aged care, health administration, or a similar field. Either be a Registered Nurse or hold equivalent clinical qualification or have a Post graduate qualification in human resources, business or quality management, allied health. A commitment to continuing education and professional development. Proven expertise in operational planning, resource management, and budget control. Strong knowledge of aged care standards and guidelines. Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Alignment with our Christian mission and values. Why Join Us?
