Job Description
Service Manager - Fire Protection Northern Beaches Salary / Package based on experience FSA accreditations desirable but not essential. A growing medium-sized Fire Protection business is seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager to run their growing service division. The client has had a growth period over the last 18 months and has increased their service contract portfolio substantially. The ideal candidate will: Have experience in a similar management role within Fire Protection. Be used to managing teams of up to 20 staff and have the capability to grow the team upwards of that number. Have strong leadership and management skills. Have proven experience in fire protection systems, testing, and maintenance. Have a strong understanding of AFSS processes and compliance requirements. Have excellent organisational and time management skills. Be able to lead and manage a team effectively. Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail for workflow and quoting accuracy. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Have proficiency in relevant software and systems for scheduling and reporting. The client is keen to find the best suitable candidate for the role and is happy to pay the right level of package for the ideal candidate.
