Service Manager - Ruby's Reunification Program $115,000 – $120,000 per year + Salary Packaging Join us as the Service Manager of Ruby's Reunification Program and play a key role in preventing homelessness and overcoming disadvantage. About The Role As the Service Manager, you will lead the operation of our Therapeutic Youth Services (Ruby's) . This longstanding service is central to helping at-risk young people access the support they need to prevent homelessness and overcome disadvantage. Your role will focus on ensuring the effective delivery of the program, meeting all funding requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be expected to work across multiple sites, including Adelaide CBD, Enfield, Thebarton & Edwardstown . Ruby's also has a location in Mt Gambier , which would require intrastate travel several times per year. The role responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Oversee the day-to-day management of Uniting Communities’ sites and programs as delegated by the Senior Manager. Build relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and proactively build community capacity. Assist in the creation of new service initiatives, tenders, and submissions. Lead strategic planning to ensure the service’s effectiveness, value, and longevity—including the development and regular monitoring of annual business plans. Work closely with funders to ensure their expectations are understood and met, aligning service delivery with the principles of Results Based Accountability. You are a dedicated leader with a passion for supporting at-risk young people and enhancing community wellbeing. You have proven experience managing community, health, or related services. In this role, you will bring: Proven operational management experience within community services or a related sector. A strong understanding of funding agreements, KPI tracking, and quality assurance frameworks. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop high-performing teams. A relevant tertiary qualification, such as Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field. Experience in managing teams within community services or a similar sector.
