Our Henderson Waste Recovery Park plays a key role in fulfilling this commitment.This role involves overseeing the City’s waste collection service along with the Henderson Waste Recovery Park operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, contractor management and adherence to work health and safety standards.Additionally, the role includes overseeing the development of the fleet renewal program and the ongoing management of the City’s vehicle fleet.About You You will have a natural leadership style, be an excellent communicator, and be skilled in fleet and waste management in a complex organisation. You need to be able to make tough decisions and handle complex and time-critical tasks effectively.You are a forward thinker with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and provide expert advice, guidance, education, and recommendations to senior leadership in the areas of waste and fleet management services.Salary And Benefits A competitive remuneration package commencing at $179,000 per annum will be offered dependent on skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications.We’re offering a range of great benefits:Generous superannuation (up to 15.5 per cent) Professional development opportunities Cockburn ARC membership How To Apply Please read the attached position description and selection criteria for a full understanding of the role before applying.
