Join to apply for the Service Operations Administrator role at Share the Dignity Due to an internal appointment, we have an exciting vacancy for a friendly, passionate, and highly organised Service Operations Administrator to assist our team. Share the Dignity is passionate about our work helping women, girls, and those who have a period who are in need and eliminating period poverty in Australia. As a relatively young charity (9 years old), there are still so many ways to grow and improve what we do – and we are looking for people who would relish the challenge of being a part of this phase. This role is a permanent full-time position based on-site at our office in Virginia, Queensland. The Service Operations Administrator will report to our Service Operations Manager and support our Service Operations team with administration related to logistics and preparation for initiatives such as Sponsor a Bag, Dignity Drives, Dignity Vending Machines, and our Indigenous Menstrual Health program. DUTIES Supporting the transportation, storage, and movements of donations in and out Monitoring donations and organising stocktake for various programs and initiatives to support key deliverables of the Service Operations Team Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Providing information and key documentation to volunteer groups that assist with Service Operations initiatives Providing administration support during key campaigns including the Dignity Drives and It’s In The Bag We are looking for someone who can bring their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and can-do attitude to help support the team with key administrative tasks. This role will be fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding! Being adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing circumstances is a must. As is your ability to establish warm and respectful relationships with all stakeholders of Share the Dignity and communicate effectively in person, via email, and using online communication tools. You are someone who is highly motivated, organised, loves administration work, and is proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent time management skills. Someone who communicates in a professional and respectful manner and can work cohesively in a busy team. To be a successful candidate you will have: Certificate III or Diploma in Business Administration, Transport and Logistics, Warehouse Operation or similar field, or previous experience/on-the-job training relevant to this role Proven experience in administration tasks and ability to uphold timeframes with high-level organisation skills, eye for detail, and the ability to think and plan ahead Strong collaborative approach and willingness to help with any task required Strong knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft Office suite Desire and ability to follow through on delegated tasks and projects and report back on progress High level of written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to a wide range of stakeholders Open and current driver licence as there will be a requirement to drive Share the Dignity van to deliver or pick up stock DESIRABLE SKILLS Previous experience in a not-for-profit environment Experience working with volunteers As this is a very hands-on role, you will be someone who promotes a safe work environment whilst being comfortable with physical work.
