ServiceNow Architect-Field Service Management We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on FSM modules. You will lead architecture design, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, specifically within the Field Service Management (FSM) module. Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for ServiceNow FSM implementations. Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to development teams. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow FSM and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and ensure successful deployments. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow FSM implementations. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and architectural diagrams. Mentor and train development teams on FSM functionalities and best practices. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module. Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server. Proven ability to design scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management. Experience with Mobile App development for ServiceNow FSM. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
