We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant that performs both standard and customized product demonstrations to potential and existing customers, leading the pre-sales phase from a technical point of view. Supporting our sales team, understanding the evolving needs of our customers and ensuring our high standard of quality delivery. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements to create compelling proposals. Offer comprehensive technical knowledge to elucidate the capabilities and advantages of the organization's products or services. Advise value driven solutions tailored to address specific client needs, taking into account industry requirements and product/service features. Conduct demonstrations to illustrate the functionality and features of products or services, aiding clients in visualizing their application. Educate clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions, address queries, and offer insights for well-informed decision-making. Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process, ensuring communication clarity. Assist in project coordination during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation. Manage technical inquiries, facilitate a smooth transition to implementation, and ensure post-sale client satisfaction. Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features and leading practices. Requirements: +4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in any client-facing presales, consulting or solution architecture role. Experience in creating technical documentation and proposals. ServiceNow Sys admin Certification. +2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or presales accreditations. ITIL Foundations & Scrum Master Certified – Desired. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - Desired. Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process ensuring communication clarity. Assist in project coordination during the sales process ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
