We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a long-term project based in Melbourne. You will be joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project. Responsibilities: ServiceNow certified administrator ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow modules Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance Strong documentation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills About Us: Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
