Job Title: ServiceNow Developers Work location: Canberra, Brisbane (or other locations within Australia with flexibility) Must have Baseline clearance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. The role involves scripting, configuration, customization, and integrations to meet organizational requirements. The candidate must have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation within domains like ITSM, Hardware/Software Asset Management, Service Mapping, HR, Customer Service Management, or custom applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, including scripting and configuring workflows. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and third-party tools. Design and implement solutions for one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Asset Management, Service Mapping, HR, Customer Service, or custom applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow applications. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications while ensuring best practices and compliance. Utilize Azure DevOps for code deployment and project tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow environments. Required Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow Developer certification (mandatory). Proven experience in at least one ServiceNow implementation project for ITSM, Asset Management, HR, or similar domains. Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and configuration within ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and related technologies. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. Ability to design and deliver scalable and robust solutions aligned with business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in ServiceNow custom application development. Familiarity with ServiceNow security and compliance configurations.
