Our key role is to act as the single point of contact for clients in the daily oversight and management of their waste collection activities. We also act as the conduit for our customers to identify and source best practice waste collection solutions to improve their recycling footprint, operational efficiency, and cost base. About the role Due to our ongoing growth within the Aged Care & Health Sectors, we are seeking a Waste Services Consultant to join our dynamic team to take our Aged Care and Health Services to even greater levels of specialised expertise. This role will manage the growth and development of our key client relationships and challenge us internally to continually improve our delivery standards and processes. This role offers excellent opportunities for your own career growth as our business continues to expand and expose you to all facets of business management with leadership mentoring. The successful candidate will play a key role in: Being the primary contact “Account Manager” for our Aged Care & Health Sector clients. Ongoing oversight and support of the waste services undertaken with proactive responses in a fast-paced environment. Delivering high quality service experiences that enhance our overall client relationship by entrenching trusted relationships with key users of our services. Facilitating and driving the successful implementation of Waste Management Strategies and Plans which support our Clients Balanced Score Card objectives, particularly their commercial and environmental performance. Primary lead in promoting our Industry involvement and developing our specialist reputation in the Health and Aged Care sectors. Supporting our reporting commitments to produce high quality and accurate information to enhance high standards of collaboration with our clients. Keeping abreast of industry developments and innovation opportunities to ensure we are always able to deliver best practice and highest levels of compliance. Skills and experience The ideal candidate will… Possess operational experience within the Aged Care and Health Sectors. Possess a positive, accountable and responsive attitude to supporting our customers real-time needs. Demonstrate an enthusiasm for networking and solutions sourcing. Have been a pivotal member of key development or improvement projects. Have a sound understanding of compliance, supply chain/logistics and procurement within the Aged Care and Health Sectors. Possess strong organisational, administrative and numeric skills. Possess sound verbal and written communication skills. Display proficiency with IT products such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
