The role We have transformed our business centre into a fresh, modern space for members and guests to meet, work and collaborate with a café offering light & healthy food and drink options. We are now looking for an experienced, proactive and energetic supervisor to lead the team and build growth in uptake. A day in the life As the Shared Workspace Supervisor, you will deliver a high-quality product to our members whilst providing them with friendly, efficient and professional service. You’ll be an all-rounder with a can-do attitude who has demonstrated managerial skills and a 5-star approach to customer service and hospitality. Strive to achieve an optimal occupancy rate while elevating the member experience Manage all costings and budgets across the department Drive the business to achieve our goal of having the most welcoming co-working space Ensure P/L, financial and other key metrics are accounted for, adhered to and in line with RACV policies Creatively find opportunities to generate and increase revenue and brand awareness We're offering... Previous experience as a Supervisor in an F&B Operations role within a five-star environment A confident leader who has prior experience in mentoring and guiding a team to provide a memorable experience for guests Strong computer skills, especially in computer-based booking systems; Opera knowledge is highly desired Excellent administration and organisational skills High attention to detail Team player and ability to work well under pressure The RACV difference Be part of a team who cares.
