About GrainCorp Shipping GNE is an integrated supply chain business within GrainCorp. Our Human Nutrition business will crush canola seeds and further process to services Foods customers with edible oils that are specially blended for infant formula, bakery and large-scale food manufacture. Our Agri Energy business in Australian and New Zealand is the largest exporters of Renewable Fuel Feedstocks, ie Tallow and Used Cooking Oil. Meanwhile, our Animal Nutrition businesses uses vegetable oils and molasses-based products to boost farm productivity. In this role you will be responsible for: (but not limited to) Execute bulk shipments with a seamless transfer of our product as per contractual obligations. Communicate with vessel operator/surveyor/terminal/local agent to ensure the whole voyage is executed efficiently and smoothly. Manage import/export cargoes in compliance with latest FTAs, import permits and regulatory requirements. Provide daily support to the logistics team to ensure physical and data transactions meet the trading teams financial and inventory requirements. Utilise our systems to execute import and export supply chain and transactions. Support the team with export documentation when required. Primary liaison between traders, logistics, sellers/buyers, warehouses/terminals to secure timely and cost-effective contract execution. Your experience: International supply chain experience Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines with shifting priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Bulk tanker operations experience with sound knowledge of Charter Party contract and Inco Terms. Good computer skills are required.
